- Kick off with a brain dump in the IdeaBox: goals, motivations, and raw thoughts.
- Distill ideas into a project outline.
- Define the PRD: project description, goals & objectives, scope, and user personas.
- Break the work into features with IDs, descriptions, and expected behaviors.
- Refine until the feature list matches the agreed scope, then lock the PRD and export it.
- Automatically parse in-scope features into the Checklist and set due dates.
During development I jump between PRD, Checklist, notes, and prior iterations without leaving TheArc.
